
Large glossy movie cards issued with chocolates by James Keiller & Son, Ltd. Dundee & London.
These are referenced in the Murray's Cigarette Card Values guide, but are listed as having been issued in 1926. The key to the 1929 date I've come up with is on the back of the Clara Bow card, which states that Bow "is 23 years old...she made her first appearance in films at the age of 16. Her first talk film "The Wild Party" was recently shown in London silently." Clara Bow was born July 29, 1905 and her first credited film was released in February 1922, though her most famous early release, "Down to the Sea in Ships," was released March 4, 1923 in the US (according to the IMDb).
The Keiller's Kinema Karton set is made of up 18 cards, of which I've had my hands on 12. Pictured below are those 12 cards along with a sample image of the reverse of card #1 in the set:
