The date on these oversized glossy premiums is guestimated by the movie poster for 1950's Key to the City starring Clark Gable and Loretta Young, which is pretty obviously where this Gable-Young photo is from as you can see for yourself as long as the IMDb is still showing the movie poster in the upper left corner of the movie page. I'm no linguist, but the text on the back seems to be repeated in both French and Dutch and appears to refer to four different formats of photo, perhaps ranging in size from 21x29 centimeters to 29x39 centimeters. I've only seen the three premiums shown here, which I am assuming were either directly inserted with products or perhaps something you sent away for with coupons on some other form of redemption.
Also found on this site are two other Kwatta Photo Identification Guides, both from 1947, one limited guide showing only Lana Turner, the other showing several cards/premiums from a different issue.
