1923 M.P.D.A. 8x11" Prints/Photos

Each of these paper photos/prints were taken directly from the Souvenir booklet of the Annual Ball for the Motion Picture Directors Association. The original booklet was dated February 17, 1923. The first three scans below are of the cover of the booklet, the title page, and a close-up of the copyright page. 

The booklet had been bound by staples and string so each photo/print has 3 holes in the left border where the string had passed through as well as a pair of markings from the staples just above and below the top and bottom holes. On most (though not all) of the MPDA pictures I am offering there is a slight tear into the center hole from the edge--check the scan of each particular picture for details. Each of these measures exactly 7-3/4" X 10-3/4", blank back. A beautiful page suitable for framing.

Under the first set of scans please find examples of these photos.  The photos depicted were among the first batch of selling photos which were auctioned on eBay and ended October 31, 2003.  The price each photo/print sold for is beneath the name of the star.
